Energy Drain

It is not all that we have to get done that wipes us out.
It is thinking about all that we have to get done.
Running it over and over in the mind, worried something will be forgotten. 

This is energy drain.
Learn to manage your energy
  • Write it all down
  • Schedule it, and stick to the schedule, don't procrastinate
  • Schedule breaks and down time (white space)
  • Schedule FUN!
  • Eat well
